YOU MUST CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RESERVATION TIME OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE YOU BOOKED. IF YOU CANCEL THE DAY OF YOUR RESERVATION, OR DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR RESERVATION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR BOOKING. GIFT CARDS MAY NOT BE USED WITH ANY "SPECIAL" PROMOTIONAL SERVICES

Due to the fact that we are a non-tipping spa and salon, we do not accept or expect tips from our guests.

a simple referral is your best expression of a satisfied experience with us.

all pricing is not inclusive of additional sales tax.

 

WE RESPECTFULLY ASK THE FOLLOWING:

 
please place cell phones on vibrate mode and try to limit cell phone usage to a minimum.

please do not smoke, we are strictly a non-smoking property.

please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled spa services so we may prepare you for your spa experience. If you do not arrive 3o minutes prior to your 

    spa appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your complimentary robe change and foot soak experience so we may stay on time with other

    guests.

on behalf of the the other guests scheduled for services, please do not bring children with you to the spa unless they are having a service.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF OR THE DAY OF YOUR RESERVATION OR  DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR RESERVATION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR BOOKING.  Upon agreeing to furnish your credit card information to us, you agree that your card may be charged for cancellations or no-shows.  The system automatically charges your card upon cancellation.  This Policy is Strictly Enforced So Please Do Not Try To Counteract the Policy. 

RESERVATION POLICY: 

If YOU ARE BOOKING A SAME-DAY SPA SERVICE OF ANY KIND, IT IS REQUIRED THAT THE SERVICES BE PRE-PAID TO ELIMINATE NO-SHOWS.  We take our commitment to you very seriously and we put time and effort into preparing your services - therefore, we expect for you to take your commitment seriously and arrive for your scheduled appointment with us.  If you pre-pay a service and you do not arrive for that service or try to cancel it the day of, we are very sorry, but you will not be refunded or credited for the payment in accordance with our cancellation policy (see above). 

PARTIES:

PARTIES BOOKED OUTSIDE OF OUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS REQUIRE A $300 SPA FEE & 8 PERSON MINIMUM BOOKING WITH A $75 MINIMUM SERVICE PURCHASE PER PERSON. TRANQUIL CHAMBER CAN BE RENTED DURING BUSINESS HOURS FOR $100/HOUR. IF YOU WOULD LIKE FOOD FOR YOUR PARTY WE WILL PROVIDE FOOD FOR $30/PER PERSON. WE WILL MEET WITH YOU AND CUSTOMIZE YOUR FOOD SELECTIONS FOR YOUR PARTY.

complimentary refreshments such as a glass of wine, mimosa, snacks, fresh fruit, granola, tea, coffee, mocha, frozen coffee, iced coffee.

robe and slippers

the opportunity to customize a lunch or snack experience at a charge of 20.00 per person if booking a service with us.  Selection includes fresh sandwiches, 

     fresh fruit, fresh salad, restaurant ordered food that we will pick up for you - we would be happy to do anything within reason even if it is not pre-

     ordered.

RETURN POLICY:

 

merchandise that has been opened, unfortunately cannot be returned.  unopened merchandise may be returned for a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase accompanied by the original receipt. this applies to all merchandise in all departments. gift card purchases will not be refunded under any circumstances. there will be no exceptions to this policy.
