WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT BETWEEN 50% AND 100% DEPENDING ON THE SPA SERVICE, ANY PACKAGES, ANY MUTIPLE SERVICES (WHETHER SPA OR NAILS) AND ANY PARTIES. THESE DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. PLEASE UNDERSTAND FULLY THAT THESE DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU CANCEL OR RE-SCHEDULE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITH US, (A RE-SCHEDULE IS CONSIDERED A CANCEL FOR THE DAY YOU ARE SCHEDULED), 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOUR DEPOSIT IS LOST BECAUSE ONCE AGAIN IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE!!!!!!!. AT THAT POINT YOU WOULD JUST LOSE YOUR 50% DEPOSIT . IF YOU CANCEL OR RE-SCHEDULE WITHIN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT WITHIN US, OR DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, ONCE AGAIN YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE !!!!!!!!! AND YOU WILL ALSO BE CHARGED REMAINING AMOUNT OF THE SERVICES YOU BOOKED. IF YOU GUARANTEED YOUR APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT WITH A GIFT CARD OR GIFT CERTIFICATE - THAT QUALIFIES AS A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND ANY REMAINING MONIES OWED FOR A CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE OR NO-SHOW WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY REMAINING GIFT CARD OR GIFT CERTIFICATE BALANCE YOU HAVE. IF THERE IS ANY INDICATION THAT YOU CANNOT HONOR YOUR COMMITTMENT TO ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT AT THE TIME YOU CALL TO BOOK, WE SUGGEST YOU DO NOT PRE-BOOK, BUT RATHER TAKE A CHANCE ON AVAILABILITY THE DAY YOU PLAN TO COME IN. FOR THOSE OF YOU WHO HAVE BOOKED AND HAVE PAID A DEPOSIT, IF YOU CANNOT FULFILL YOUR COMMITMENT TO COMING IN FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR ANY REASON - AND WE STRESS - ANY REASON - PLEASE KNOW THAT YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR PAYMENT UNLESS YOU CAN GET SOMEONE TO TAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT SO THAT YOU DO NOT LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT. IF YOU HAVE PAID A DEPOSIT AND FEEL THAT SOMEHOW OUR PROTOCOL DOESN'T APPLY TO YOU, EVEN THOUGH YOU HAVE BEEN MADE FULLY AWARE OF IT, PLEASE DO NOT CALL US AND ARGUE THAT YOUR DEPOSIT SHOULDNT BE FORFEITED, PLEASE DO NOT CALL IN AND BECOME IRATE WITH US, PLEASE DO NOT VERBALLY ABUSE OUR FRONT DESK ASSOCIATES - PLEASE RESPECT OUR PROTOCOL AND RULES AND TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE FACT THAT YOU ACCEPTED OUR BOOKING PROTOCOL WHEN YOU BOOKED.
** IF YOU HAVE A REASON TO CANCEL DUE TO COVID PLEASE LET US KNOW AND WE WILL DISCUSS WHAT WE CAN DO. TYPICALLY WE WILL WORK SOMETHING OUT WITH YOU THAT ALLOWS YOU TO REBOOK WITHIN 8 WEEKS OF YOUR CANCELLATION.

IF YOU CANCEL THE DAY OF YOUR RESERVATION, OR DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR RESERVATION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR BOOKING. This Policy is Strictly Enforced.

AT THIS TIME ALL OF OUR SPA SERVICES, PACKAGES, MULTIPLE SERVICES, PARTIES AND ANY NAIL SERVICES OVER 45.00/ PARTIES OF TWO OR MORE, ARE PRE PAID AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RESCHEDULABLE AND NON-CANCELLABLE THROUGHOUT OUR ALTERED COVID PANDEMIC HOURS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THIS POLICY AND DO NOT ASK US TO ALTER THIS POLICY. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU AND YOUR ENTIRE PARTY CAN ARRIVE AT YOUR APPOINTED TIME WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR RESERVATION SO AS TO AVOID LOSING YOUR PAYMENT.

Please place cell phones on vibrate mode and try to limit cell phone usage to a minimum.
Please do not smoke, we are strictly a non-smoking property.
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled spa services so we may prepare you for your spa experience. If you do not arrive 3o minutes prior to your spa appointment, we may not be able to accommodate your complimentary robe change and foot soak experience so we may stay on time with other guests.
On behalf of the the other guests scheduled for services, please do not bring children with you to the spa unless they are having a service.
If you are paying with a gift card that has been purchased online - you MUST have the card printed out for presentation at the spa. Unfortunately we cannot accept screenshots, photos, receipts or emails of the gift card.
**** Please understand that we offer Esthetic Services in relation to massage. This means that our Estheticians are licensed professionals in "Relaxation Massage" (Swedish Massage). They are NOT Massage Therapists and do not perform deep tissue services. They can offer heavier pressure but not deep tissue. We do have Massage Therapists on staff so if you are interested in a "deep tissue" massage, please let our booking associate know so that she may book you with a Massage Therapist so you will receive the service level you are looking for.
FOR ANY GUEST WHO IS NOT PRE PAID OUR CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION POLICY: A CREDIT CARD MUST BE ON FILE FOR ANY BOOKING. YOU MUST CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RESERVATION TIME OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF THE SERVICE YOU BOOKED. IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 24 HOURS OF OR THE DAY OF YOUR RESERVATION OR DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR RESERVATION, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF YOUR BOOKING. Upon agreeing to furnish your credit card information to us, you agree that your card may be charged for cancellations or no-shows. The system automatically charges your card upon cancellation. This Policy is Strictly Enforced So Please Do Not Try To Counteract the Policy.
IF YOU ARE BOOKING A SAME-DAY SPA SERVICE OF ANY KIND, IT IS REQUIRED THAT THE SERVICES BE PRE-PAID TO ELIMINATE NO-SHOWS. We take our commitment to you very seriously and we put time and effort into preparing your services - therefore, we expect for you to take your commitment seriously and arrive for your scheduled appointment with us. If you pre-pay a service and you do not arrive for that service or try to cancel it the day of, we are very sorry, but you will not be refunded or credited for the payment in accordance with our cancellation policy (see above).
** Exception To This Policy During Covid: All Spa Services, Multiple Services, Parties and/or Events Are Pre-Paid At This Time and Once Booked and Charged Are Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable. Please Make Sure You and the People You Might Be Booking For Are Available For the Date and Time You Are Scheduling So As Not To Forfeit Your Payment If You Cannot Meet Your Booking Obligation.
PARTIES BOOKED OUTSIDE OF OUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS REQUIRE A $300 SPA FEE & 8 PERSON MINIMUM BOOKING WITH A $75 MINIMUM SERVICE PURCHASE PER PERSON. TRANQUIL CHAMBER CAN BE RENTED DURING BUSINESS HOURS FOR $100/HOUR. IF YOU WOULD LIKE FOOD FOR YOUR PARTY WE WILL PROVIDE FOOD FOR $30/PER PERSON. WE WILL MEET WITH YOU AND CUSTOMIZE YOUR FOOD SELECTIONS FOR YOUR PARTY.
