If YOU ARE BOOKING A SAME-DAY SPA SERVICE OF ANY KIND, IT IS REQUIRED THAT THE SERVICES BE PRE-PAID TO ELIMINATE NO-SHOWS. We take our commitment to you very seriously and we put time and effort into preparing your services - therefore, we expect for you to take your commitment seriously and arrive for your scheduled appointment with us. If you pre-pay a service and you do not arrive for that service or try to cancel it the day of, we are very sorry, but you will not be refunded or credited for the payment in accordance with our cancellation policy (see above).
PARTIES BOOKED OUTSIDE OF OUR NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS REQUIRE A $300 SPA FEE & 8 PERSON MINIMUM BOOKING WITH A $75 MINIMUM SERVICE PURCHASE PER PERSON. TRANQUIL CHAMBER CAN BE RENTED DURING BUSINESS HOURS FOR $100/HOUR. IF YOU WOULD LIKE FOOD FOR YOUR PARTY WE WILL PROVIDE FOOD FOR $30/PER PERSON. WE WILL MEET WITH YOU AND CUSTOMIZE YOUR FOOD SELECTIONS FOR YOUR PARTY.
